Introduction by WGC

Andy is one of the foundation athletes of X Training. Always committed and always trains hard. He brings people into the sport when he can and leads by example by training to the max. Micky White was introduced to the sport by Andy and the rest I think you can say is history. Without doubt Andy is one of the most respected X Trainers around to day and its our good fortune that Andy is part of this very hard and demanding sport.
