Paddy Doyle has broken over 100 records for fitness and martial arts including the record for "one and a half million pushups in one year!"

The most important muscle in the body is the heart.

WGC is proud to support the British Heart Foundation and asks that if events are arranged in gyms, that sponsorship be donated towards the Charity that is closest to our heart - the heart!

Without that very important muscle being in tip top condition, or at least improving from when they first joined a gym, or started to train at home or any venue that improves fitness, then the Industry needs to question why it exists at all.
