Gym Challenges as described on World Gym Challenge.com are a game of Kings, Queens and Pawns. Each member of a gym plays its role, either by entering or by achieving bonus points in the scoring system.
As a first time USA/UK Gym Challenge the results that are shown are an overriding success story to Core Dynamics Gym in the USA - as a gym they each earned points andl provided an excellent day for their members and raised money for the Wounded Warrior Project in the process.
Joao Monteiro from Core Dynamics a peronal trainer of exceptional talent arranged the day in the US and was deligted with the end results.
Craig Horsfield and Mike Jones (personal trainer) from Fitness First Gorton arranged the day in Manchester and they all supported a young child's Cancer Appeal in Manchester.
Troy Russel and Sean Blyth arranged the day in Canterbury and again supported the Wounded Warrior Project.
In the process of it all a world record was set by Richard Vint with very clear video describing what it takes to complete this challenge in a record time (Click Here to see video)
