Introduction by WGC
A quick 5 minute interview with somebody thousands of miles away, but the aim is the same. Promote gym challenges within gyms and show the benefits of Gym X Training. It will come as no surprise, that Craig is serving his apprenticeship of Gym X Training under the Godfather of Gym X Training, Mr Micky White, who is seeing his gym, Micky's Fitness, serve up daily challenges and getting real results in fitness for their members. It's no wonder when the challenge goes out to other gyms in Australia, that their the 'bigger gyms' will have none of it .... they just ain' t got what it takes !

Have you ever competed in a cross training event before. Would you attempt the Silver or Gold Competitions ?

Just challenges we have held at our gym.
We have definitely stepped it up taking it alot more seriously its become a part of what we do every day.

"Starting to feel the pain "
