What date have you set for the Challenge

What do you think will be your best discipline and why?
Although I have not completed the challenge I do know that my most enjoyable part will be the Treadmill as I know I will be almost finished!
Would you tell your friends to try it?
As I'm the one setting up the challenge I'm trying to get as many of my gym members to complete it.
Are you completing time trials at the moment? 
In the gym at the moment - we have a time trail scoreboard going on but will also have the actual event on the 13th Oct. I will make sure that I personally will complete both as I believe it is important to set an example to my members. why should they do it if I don't?
Do you feel motivated when you train?
I find it difficult sometimes with working in a gym to keep motivated as it's you work place. That's why challenges like these really help me to stay focused. I didn't think I was very competitive but I really do not want to lose to ay of my members so I'll be working especially hard to do this.
What are your aims whilst training here?
My aims are to stay focused and to continue with my workouts that I have set. I would love to compete in the advanced course at my gym and so that is what I'm aiming to do.
How long do you think it will take for you to achieve any aims you may have?
There are around 12 weeks till the challenge so I want to really work on them from now until then
