Introduction by WGC

I have known Paul for a number of years. He absolutely dominated the Intermediate Challenges when he first started off. His prowess on the treadmill is frightening and on top of all that - as with all the X Trainers out there shares similarity in - all he wants to do is train .

Paul is now a regular in the placing's at events since he has moved up to Open in the masters level.

I wonder if those at Bannatyne actually realise what an incredible athlete they have at their gym and if they do - do they care?

Paul's' accomplishments in such a short time are phenomenal and Bannatyne should be proud of his incredible achievements.

WGC.com is and says well done Paul.

Comments ...

I have definately got fitter whilst training for X Training events over the past 2 years and would encourage all of you out there to try and get more people involved in the sport.
We need to get to a standard where all judging is the same at all events as some differ to others if we want to move the sport forward.
Thanks
