Introduction by WGC

The future of X Training is very much in the hands of Personal Trainers at Gyms. Good Personal Trainers can see the benefits of X Training for their clients. But better Personal Trainers can see their client's needs and train appropriately. As Ben goes on to say, I offer X Training to my clients for diversity to their training - but only if they choose to adapt. It is after all all about choice and Ben- although only been in the sport for a relatively short time, has made already a valuable contribution in both competing and spreading the word about X Training.

It's easy to see why The Hampshire Health and Tennis Club (Esporta) is one of the foremost X Training sites in the UK right now, with competions and well founded events run by Ty Whitlock and now Ben on the scene to add more growth to the sport.
