| Are you pleased with your performance today? |
| Absolutely, I have never done one before and am really pleased with my performance. |
| Will you try the Grand Prix? And how has the event affected the club? |
It's early days, but it looks like a great series of events. Like I said I had never heard of X Training before and got involved by the posters up at this club where I am a Personal Trainer. Thought Id like to try that, put a few training sessions and loved it. I like the way its set up too, three different levels, where anybody can take part. I don't know what its like at other clubs, but everybody who took part in this one, stuck together. They trained morning noon and night, by themselves or in small groups, even if that group is one of masters, one of beginner etc, they were all training together. It made a really good atmosphere at the club for those involved. Ty who runs it has almost created a social scene, if you go into the food and beverage area after one of Ty's circuits, they all eat together and mix well, regardless of their fitness levels. From my point of view as a Personal Trainer, it promotes a healthy lifestyle for those involved and I get a lot of satisfaction from that. Events like this bring gyms together

| How do you see this sport encouraging members to get fitter? |
| Sometimes people come to gyms and train as individuals. They don't need Personal Trainers, or use Gym Instructors, and this helps them focus on something to train for. It would be good to see these events happen in more clubs up and down the country. |
| Do you see a future for this type of event and X Training. |
| Yes, without a doubt. My history was that I was in the British Army. I was in the Parachute Regt (7 Para) as a PTI and it was quite easy to thrash people to get fitter. But in the real world people don't like that. They train but it's their leisure time and people find what they like to do, like body pump, aqua aerobics and that sort of thing, and you work as hard or as little as you want. Something like this, you have to train for it. It gives you something to aim for. It promotes a team event and team training, so its very sociable. |
| Since you have come out of the forces, how do you see the Fitness Industry ? |
Gyms are very attractive, they have loads of areas where you can have your hair sorted, have a massage, drink coffee play tennis, get a Personal Trainer to sort you out a program. It's a lifestyle choice when you choose a club - some are quite expensive. Do they provide value for money? On the whole I think they do.

| Do you think the social side of X Training will grow? And do you see benefit for members ? |
| With events like this, where people like Ty promote a good event - they add something extra and make it well worth while . as more events grow, so will the interest in it because you will meet people and see them achieve incredible results and you can make new friends on a scale to which you couldn't before. |
| What's your final verdict on today? |
I think it's by far the best thing I have seen since I have left the Army. It's been a great day for everybody involved and all thanks goes to Ty for arranging this event. |
