Female:  20 x 10 kg

Sit Ups - Crunch

Male:      20
Female:  20

X-Trainer

Male:      250 m (any level)
Female:  250 m (any level)

Bench Press

Male:      20 x 20 kg
Female:  20 x 20 kg
