The 4th of September I was invited down to Calso in Bromley Kent. Gary and Becky Nicholas have run the small, but very efficiently run gym for over 10 years. Gary is a former PTI in the Army and had a successful boxing career and Becky with her degree in sports science and constant top three finishes in top X Training events certainly have the qualities between them to ensure that the classes they run there are both fun and economically "time for time" efficient in the work out you do.
Take a spinning class. Nothing wrong with that. Brilliant all round cardio work out, in a class that has like minded people putting as much effort as they like and working out , getting into a sweat and finishing the class with a great feeling of having been part of a group exercise. But, it was just spinning. The variety and intensity is pretty limited as to what you can do on a bike!
