The nearest train station is Leicester. If you are using the rail please check for engineering works. The gym is approx 1 mile from the station and should cost around £5.00 in taxi fares.

Parking is available outside of the gym free of charge. For those with Sat Navs the post code is LE3 5AS

Sandwiches, baguettes. teas, coffees and soft drinks will be available from the bar and restaurant area.

Supporting friends and family is free. If you should like to use any of the facilities, swimming pool etc, there will be a £5.00 charge

As we are all aware, we are visitors to someone else's gym who has graciously loaned WGC the use of the gym studio for the afternoon. Would all members of WGC please conduct themselves in a manor that represents the best Gym Athletes in the UK , who are representing a sport, that is customary to honour and respect anybody who enters the premises of a gym, whether to train or as a spectator.

Every effort will be made to ensure that judging will be strict, fair of the the highest standard. The judges rule is final. Any insulting, intimidating, aggressive behaviour or swearing at judges will not be tolerated and may result in instant disqualification. You have been warned.

Must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and kept under control when on the gym floor.

For those of you who are, turning up , in some cases catching flights to be there and supporting WGC's vision to recognise physical greatness in a gym and expose it in as many ways as possible to the media and show what truly inspiring and motivated Gym Athletes can achieve in a gym environment.
