What are their views on X-Training?
X-Training in its purest form has been around for many years. The forces have been exercising in this way for decades. As a competitive sport it needs to develop more .

There have been many over the years, but I would have to say that my clients that have competed around the country are my influences.

How often do you train?
It varies nowadays, in a good week it would be 5/6 times. With other commitments that could go down to 2/3 times.

I have many favorites, cardio would have to be running-what better than the outdoors. One of my favorite resistance exercises would have to be a Deadlift/Press-Up superset.

What is your favorite food for training?
Anything, we should not get to hung up on food, just eat as healthy as you can. Very important post session to consume carbs/protein asap.

Comments ...
I think the site is very well laid out - the splits and differences are good. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to be profiled on the site, lets drive the idea onwards and upwards. Oh and last but by no means least keep supporting the local/national competitions-especially the Hampshire Fire Xmas Cracker.
