How long have you been X-Training?
On & off for about five years, but I only started seriously last year with the Dragon's Gauntlet
Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
I like the constant challenges involved & the fact there is always something you can try to improve on e.g. running, cycling, strength etc.

Do you teach X-Training to your clients?
No, as I don't work in the fitness industry. I am actually a dental nurse/receptionist.
Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
Kirk Gibbons for all his encouragement & support & I really admire Sue Regan for her enthusiasm & dedication.
How often do you train?
Every day.
What is your favourite exercise?
Any weight training but especially bench press.

What is your favourite food for training?
Pizza! I always have one the night before a competition.
What is your ambition in X-Training?
To try & improve my running so I am not always one of the slowest competitors on the treadmill.
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
I find circuit training classes are very complimentary to x- training. There is also an element of competition in classes which you don't get training alone.
