Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
I like the all round fitness level that you get from it. And it covers all the disciplines you get in you in good shape.

How often do you train?

3 times a week definitely. Bit as a habit it is more like five. Occasionally when I get a bit obsessive with it , seven!
What is your favourite exercise?
I am quite good at sit ups and not too bad on bench jumps.
What is your favourite food for training?
Pasta and Porridge in the morning.
What is your ambition in X-Training?
Move on up to the Open and do well and improve my strength
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Be disciplined when you train. Don't cut corners.Make the reps count. You will have to do it properly on the day.
