| I caught up with Mat at the recent Gorton Grueller(2006) and we chatted about X Training. It turns out Mat was over 18 stone three years ago. He was unfocused and pretty miserable and upset about his condition. He joined a Gym (Dragons in Sale, Manchester) where he was fortunate enough to have two of the country's top X Trainers work there as personal trainers, Steve and Sue Reagan Watts. Over a period of time, Matt realised the benefits of X Training and three years on is an accomplished , fit and healthy X Trainer, who competed in the UKXTA finals this year, with his fastest Octahalon . It is real success story and Mat is a glowing example of , if you want to turn things around and find a sport that you are suited to, keeps you focused and gives you aims - all in the same time as getting you fit. Then X Training really has been a complete success in this case. |
