Introduction by WGC
I know Francis and I can tell you that she is as committed to X Training as anybody I know. In fact, during the Gorton Grueller , last year (2005) Francis was a judge as well as coming 2nd in her category. She helped me through some of the toughest stages of this course with her encouraging words, which were always well constructed and meaningful, helped me finish. There was absolutely nothing she could about my finishing time, but it would have been slower if Francis hadn't been there. She is a gem in this sport and a credit to the legacy of Micky White and Naiomi Peters, who left for Australia this year.

On X-Training...

How long have you been doing X Training?

Competed in my first competition 2003. It was a steep learning curve. I made so many mistakes during the race that I finished last. I used this
as a leaning opportunity and was much more prepared in the next comp.

Why do you find X-Training so exciting?

Love the mix of training for the events with the thrill of the race. Its
been a great way to improve my endurance, strength and physique.

health, fitness, or weight loss they all see its usefulness and many
excel beyond their expectations.

Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?

MICKY WHITE and NAOMI PETERS without doubt are the two most positive
people who have helped my take my training up to the next level. I and

To earn some points and get onto the UKXTA ranking list.
