How long have you been doing X Training?
Competed in my first competition 2003. It was a steep learning curve. I
made so many mistakes during the race that I finished last. I used this
as a leaning opportunity and was much more prepared in the next comp.
Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
Love the mix of training for the events with the thrill of the race. Its
been a great way to improve my endurance, strength and physique.

Do you teach X-Training to your clients?
Yes - It ensures they are always stimulated and they really rise to the challenge.
What are their views on X-Training?
They can see the benefits x-training can bring quite quickly. If its for
health, fitness, or weight loss they all see its usefulness and many
excel beyond their expectations.
Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
MICKY WHITE and NAOMI PETERS without doubt are the two most positive
people who have helped my take my training up to the next level. I and
many of the members at our gym will miss them so much as they start
their new life in Oz.

What is your favourite exercise?
Don't have one, just like to work harder on the weaker exercises.
What is your favourite food for training?
Don't get me going on nutrition, its my favorite subject and I could
talk about it all day long. My ideal pre training food is porridge with
banana. My post workout snack is pasta or baby boiled potatoes with Udo
Oil
What is your ambition in X-Training?
To earn some points and get onto the UKXTA ranking list.
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Don't neglect a discipline because you don't like it. If you have any
weaknesses work on them until they become second nature.
