I haven’t found one yet.

Jacket potato with tuna.
What is your ambition in X Training?
To not be last!
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to cross training?
Pace yourself and have a game plan. Make sure you enjoy it, and try not to let the nerves get to you (like me)! |
