The Ice Breaker Gym Fitness Challenge
The Ice Breaker is a new type of Gym Challenge. It is something you can train for in a gym or specifically with a personal trainer or by yourself, either way the motivation to get fitter is always there. What makes the Ice Breaker so unique is that it produces guaranteed results so you will be able to measure improvements.
Losing weight is a by product of becoming fit, but losing weight does not necessarily mean you are getting fit. If you combine both you will have the best of both worlds.

This year at The Marsh Academy in New Romney Kent on the 6th Feb will be the first time you may be tempted to engage in a Gym Challenge. It will be challenging, fun but above all it will be about Performance Related Results. You will guarantee your results in fitness. You can enter individually or as part of a team. But you will gets results!
