We want to find the UK's Fittest Club

Welcome to the Sport of Fitness

The sport of fitness evolved through the gym member, not the fitness industry. In 2010, two years away from UK Olympics, there is not a single recognised sport for fitness and the gym member. Not one event or series of challenges supported by the fitness industry, that acknowledges what any one member has achieved in a gym sport.

World Gym Challenge.com wants to see a sport evolve and recommends The Cross Fit Games as the Ultimate in the sport of fitness. To encourage participation and growth in this sport a series of events is planned in the UK to find the UK's Fittest Gym and drive gym members into the sport of fitness, by arranging a Series of Gym Challenges to find the fittest members in any club that will represent their gym throughout the year.

Finding the UK's Fittest Club was never going to be easy, but it has to be done. It was the one question that was missing at the UK National Fitness Awards this year! It is simply the one question that needs answering, what fitness club has the fittest gym members?

World Gym Challenge.com has a unique database that is available for any gym to use and record results for any gym challenge. By using this facility it is a case of finding out who has the fittest gym members - or gym athletes as we like to call them.

The system will work individually and as a team effort. Fitness Teams (similar to football teams) of six members (male or female) are asked to represent your gym. Fitness points are awarded for the fastest times recorded in the fitness challenges set throughout one year.

By the end of the season there will be a definitive :

UK’s Fittest Gym of the Year

UK’s Gym Athlete of the Year

The Ultimate Gym Athlete.

Is your gym good enough to call itself the UK’s Fittest Gym?
