This is the Run Bike Row For A Hero Gym Challenge.

It is the chosen challenge by World Gym Challenge to encourage members of gyms to begin the journey to becoming a Gym Athlete - A results driven method of training, where all of your training is for a reason.

Ex forces founder of World Gym Challenge.com Ltd Sean Blyth added.

"Help For Heroes is the natural choice for this gym challenge. It will appeal to the soldier on the ground or the gym member wondering what to to do, and is a great way to train and get results. This challenge is the most simplistic form of training without the need to spend endless hours in the gym training and seeing no measure of fitness'

" The Gym Athlete is a results driven athlete that concentrates on all areas of fitness, using only the equipment in a gym and a method of training that proves his or her training is working. The RBR is Gym X Training at its most raw and can be attempted in more or less any gym worldwide"

" You can challenge your friends monthly and publish your results online all for a small donation of £5.00 , of which all of it will go to Help For Heroes - all you need is someone to to send in the Online Verification Form and see your results published, it is a completely new way of training and guarantees results"

Good luck in your training for this event, which can be completed as a group session or a individual one to one.

Either way there is no escaping what this challenge will have on you and the need to improve your performance, as I think your friend who you can challenge will be thinking exactly the same.

Try it and see what you think!

There is nothing worse then stagnating in your training and wondering what to do in the gym. It is the reason why so many people leave the gym after such a promising and eager start to what was meant to be your 'turn around' stage in a lifestyle that had seen you gain weight, become lazy and frankly searching the A-Z for the nearest gym.

Well that time has come, you are now at the gym and WGC wants you to remain focused and challenged

World Gym Challenge.com is on the search for the personal trainer who really can make a change. This challenge is all about intensity and getting your client fit and focused. It is not about weight loss, although as a by product of increasing your results over the year, it could very well see, a stronger, leaner, slimmer client based on the results of this very simple gym challenge.

One thing is for sure, by seeing your results in the Gym Leader Board, it will give you both a focus point and many hours of working on a program that will see you get fit, with results to prove it.

This challenge is not for your average personal trainer, it is the personal trainer who gets results for their client in fitness that shines.

Although three very simple stages on equipment that most gyms have, this challenge is not simply about repeatedly running the same three stages again and again, no! This is about your personal trainer providing the right balance of aerobic and strength conditioning, which will see your results dramatically improve.

At the beginning of the year you may be in one of the following categories.

Elite
Advanced
Intermediate
Fun Runner
Enjoy
Sub 8 Minutes
Sub 10 Minutes
Sub 12 Minutes
Sub 15 Minutes
Sub 20 Minutes

But by the end of the year you may well have changed dramatically, and your focus and motivation taken to a new level of desire and focus.

It wont be easy, getting fit never is, but this challenge has to be thought about and treated with respect. It may seem a breeze to you and something not even worth attempting, and if that is your line of thought, then WGC wishes you well and welcomes you to publish a sub 9 minute result and say the same thing, alternatively as a structured and well thought out and balanced approach to training, you could begin to focus and respect the challenge and begin the journey to be fitter then you have ever been , with published results to prove it.

As with all training programs, start at at a level that is appropriate and then work on getting fitter throughout the year with a varied and balanced workout. Your personal trainer will be able to help you. And as always do not attempt this challenge if you are suffering from any illness's or injuries and always consult a trained professional if in any doubt.

Good luck !
