Rules and scoring system

Overall Points

The Fittest Gym of The Year is being run by the UK GCA as a trial experiment to see if it is possible to determine the club with the fittest gym members.

Points are earned at various events and only personal trainers and club members can earn them.

UK GCA reserves the right to administer the points by reflecting positions only gained in the WGC Result Tables and registered in the WGC database.
