Equal Fitness Racing is the cornerstone of World Gym Challenge.com It creates gym races which will not only encourage the contestant to push themselves harder, but is also thrilling for the crowd, friends and family to watch .

The race entries have till 21st of Sept to submit a race time and you will race somebody of equal fitness.

Each race will  be thrilling spectacle of just what the human body can do in the shortest possible time and judged by qualified Gym Athletes with years of experience.

Some may well face racing women , it doesn't matter ! The race will still be neck and neck - only the weights would have changed for the ladies.

Remember, the deadline is the 21st of September to submit your entries.

This is The Ultimate Gym Athlete event in the UK.

The event is nearly full and anybody who wishes to take part needs to submit a time by the 21st (only 12 spaces left)

This event lasts anything up to 22 mins for females and 20 mins for males, but you will remember it for a lifetime and what you achieved.
