How long have you been X-Training?
I been x-training for over 15 years
Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
Quite simply its the challenge, x-training works whatever your goals, busy lifstyle? you can be in/out of the gym in 30mins and be totally ******* .Also to be fit enough to be able to push yourself to beyond the limit and the satisfation you get from that is great, when eveyone else THINKS there getting fitter just walking around the gym pushing a few weights now and again.

How often do you train?
Work permitting 5 days a week
What is your favourite excerise?
There are no favorites during a x-training comp they all hurt, but I do like training my shoulders

Pasta
What is your ambition in X-Training?
I think im due a win, if i had more time to train I know iIcould do this but if im honest I dont think it will happen anytime soon

Yes, mountain bike racing

Too much at the moment but should be twice a week

Not normally

No way, you would'nt even get me on one of those planes they have'nt got enough engines!
What is the one sport you have never taken part in but would have loved to have excelled in?
Swimming

I wondered when this question was coming, no I havent i dont think anyone else has either
