On X-Training... How long have you been X-Training?
about 2 and a half years now I think?!
Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
you get a great sense of achievement whenever you manage to finish one of the very challenging events. There's always a great atmosphere and full of encouraging people. Most importantly it works on strength, fitness and endurance and shows how strong you are both mentally and physically.
Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
My trainer David Hall and watching people like Chris Lord
How often do you train?
I train at least 3 Times a week
What is your favourite excerise?
I love running and Kick Boxing, but during the X-Training events I would have to say Squat Thrusts as they are the easiest thing to complete on most of the courses.
What is your favourite food for training?
Wheatabix always proves quite good for me, and basic meals like chicken and pasta or rice
What is your ambition in X-Training?
To Improve every year and eventually end up competing with all the top X-Trainers
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Don't under estimate them step ups!!!

Anything funny! Wedding Crashers, Forgetting Sarah Marshall . . .
