Alex is one of the few Gym Athletes in Scotland. His commitment to the sport, traveling and constant improvement has meant that whenever Alex is racing, you can never quite figure how it will go - remember, we are looking at one of two Gym Athletes who have managed a sub 17 Fitness Extreme Challenge.
