After completing the race your results will be entered 'live' into the leader boards and fitness levels will be graded and you will see immediately what you achieved.

The colours that reflect your results are indicated in the result tables above, for Open (18-39) Masters (40-49) and Vets (50 +)

All results get entered into personal folders and your result is recorded as a Bench Mark Time (BMT) giving you a clear focus point to train in your gym for future events and show improvements in fitness. Guaranteed results!

This event allows budding gym athletes to rub shoulders with the very best in the UK and compete against them, with a qualifying time of just 20 minutes. A maximum of 72 can take part and at just £10.00 to enter, this event is to see who really is the best Gym Athlete in the country.
