Gorton FF can say over one year, they entered more events then any other club in the UK and achieved results in fitness.

The fittest and therefore the best Club in the UK 2009 was Gorton Fitness First.

Who will be the winner of the first ever UK Gym Fitness Challenge Series 2010 ?

It is a game of Kings, Queens and Pawns, as each member who enters is awarded points.

Gym Challenges are competed by Eagles - members of gyms who challenge other gyms to fitness challenges.

Turkeys remain watching and saying we could do that ... but they don't!

Only personal trainers and members from gyms achieve points and at the end of the year it is a team effort that wins.
