How long have you been X-Training?
8 Months
Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
Cross training is so varied and requires all round development of
strength, speed, cardio, stamina. Its changed my training completely and
given me goals to aim for.
Do you teach X-Training to your clients?
No
Why do you like X Training
I love testing myself against some very fit competition, across multi
disciplines. I think it is great how anyone can give it a go and the friendliness and support you get from fellow competitors when starting
out.

Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
Nik Kandola - he got me into the training in the first place. I owe it
all to him.
How often do you train?
Several times a day except Saturdays (that's my one day a week off!)
What is your favorite exercise?
On the weights I love doing preacher curls. From a cross training
perspective I like bench jumps.
What is your favorite food for training?
Tuna in spring water with plain boiled rice.
What is your ambition in X-Training?
To continue developing and improving, but most importantly to enjoy the
training and the competition
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Keep everything strict in training. Don't take any short cuts as you
will get penalised and suffer in competitions. Keep good strict form.
