JW MARRIOTT DUBAI FITNESS CHALLENGE

The JW Marriott Dubai Fitness Challenge is now in its 15th year. Bringing together the finest Gym Athletes in Dubai to take on one of the toughest gym challenges in the world. Only those with the technical skill in training for intense cardio and strength/muscular endurance take this challenge on. Others stand by and watch - it is that tough and it is that exciting! (Click Here for Physique TV You Tube Clip)

The challenge is in two parts - a tough CV based challenge and then a crushing strength and muscular challenge, combining to give your body maximum all out effort in the shortest time possible, but challenging every body part and energy system in the process.

These are results for this year's challenge.

One thing is for sure, the 16th Marriott Challenge will return next year and the question you need to be asking yourself, is could you compete? Are you willing to push yourself and be one of the those who enter this amazing challenge.

World Gym Challenge.com will publish results for a new and exciting race based on a race format of eight very challenging exercises. It will be new, it will be fresh and it will be held at the JW Marriott Hotel

next year and results will be published into Leader Boards as soon as the race finishes.

Physique TV will be there to cover it and all that is needed now is for the Gym Athletes to enter it! Good luck to all those that take this challenge on.
