It may be of interest to the paying membership base of all the gyms in the UK right now, that at some stage, when you first joined the gym you are now at, somebody somewhere indicated that your health and fitness would greatly improve if you joined that gym.

And to their credit they have kept their word. Right now, the benefits of not going down the pub or smoking and sitting at home watching tv and piling on calories whilst you eat that packet of crisps or munch on that last biscuit is not happening because you have become motivated and joined a gym that you love ... and it's working, you actually feel better!
It is all good news, a disposable income that you are putting to good use - getting healthier as each day goes by and seeing that waistline shrink, or that bicep begin to bulge - it is almost too good to be true - and for those gyms out there are getting results for their members, WGC would like to say thank you.
It is a members world for gyms. If the above sentiment is not what your gym is doing for you, then maybe an alternative answer is what you are looking for. You don't necessarily want to leave your gym, you just want that little extra help in getting you motivated and as Personal Trainers cost- is there some other answer?

The good news is, quite possibly. But .....
How about asking your gym to join worldgymchallenge.com? See what they say. It is free and for that they can create a number of challenges for you to compete in on line.
For free subscribing members, see how your friends and colleagues are getting on at your gym. For full paying members look at your Personal Page and see all the results members of worldgymchallenge.com are achieving throughout the country.
Worldgymchallenge.com wants to encourage members to ask their gyms to join. At an average fee nearly £500 for membership throughout the UK, would it be unreasonable to ask for something back?
This is a direct message to any gym that wants to be published on this web site as to the reasons that stand behind the WNF (The Why Not Factor) and WGC will publish those reasons.
The gym is full of top grade athletes at high levels of fitness. To be fair to them, they do not have the time or coaching that a professional athlete can achieve

but they try and they get results and the proof of the pudding is is in the eating; because these people who do try it, achieve. They all go to a gym and train for a reason and want to know if anybody else wants to try it, because they have discovered the Why Factor.
Maybe you are a professional Rugby Player, Football Player and would like to try it?
Maybe you are in the Armed Service, Police or Fire Brigade and would like to try it?
