How long have you been X-Training?
Since June 2006

Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
I needed a Sport which combined all the key paramenters of fitness. X-training has challenged my ability more than any other sport I have ever competed in.

Do you teach X-Training to your clients?
Yes, regularly its a great training tool for elite athletes in any Sport

What are their views on X-Training?
Appreciation that the top x-trainers are about as good all round athletes as there can be.

Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
Cassius Frankson and Nik Kandola are both people I have major respect for. I wasn't lucky enough to be around when Hywel Davies was competing regularly but apparently he was alright. I went to watch UK ironman 2007 and he did well there though.

How often do you train?
5-6 times a week

What is your favourite excerise?
Treadmill and Box Steps

What is your favourite food for training?
Jelly babies

What is your ambition in X-Training?
Win the a major event.

What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Quality is much more important than Quantity

Yes

No...bungee jumped though. I'm terrified of heights and that might be a bit too high.

What is the one sport you have never taken part in but would have loved to have excelled in?
Muay Thai

i've seen the film, it was ages ago in GCSE English I think and I can't remember it that well.
