Look at the main races at Gym Ironman this year !

When X Training matches are made they are quite unique because as in any other sport it's all all about how you perform on the day - having said that, lets just take a quick look at previous times and see if the training for these races will be anything to go by.

For those that know a thing or two about X Training, you will know the beauty of this sport is when closely matched rivals are racing each other it's very exciting to watch and in this case based on last years results it really will go to the wire with just 15 seconds seperating them - under two seconds per station.
