Designed by fitness professional Aidy Cartwright.
The Dale Destroyer is back this year with an even stronger field than last year’s successful event. Defending champ Jamie Frazer will have to be strong this year to fight off local rival Andy Lett and many top competitors already entered who completed the Ironman at Gorton. With this years event now in the Grand Prix the field can only be even stronger…
The Dale Destroyer now has international competitors competing from as far a field as Australia and Spain. The passion and commitment from dedicated X-trainers holds no barriers to compete at the highest level.

This year’s event will see the Mayor of Rochdale and local press starting the event and with Stuart Leng in control on the mike the event is sure to be a major success. Aidy Cartwright and Fitness First Rochdale continue to put on sucessful X-training events whilst raising money for charity. This year’s event again will be raising money for charity with £5 from each entry being donated to the British Heart Foundation.
With entries limited to 100 (50 races) and over half full, anybody wanting to take part in this unique Grand Prix event have just 3 weeks to go until the closing date of July 25th.
Good luck to all…
