A small challenge to set the testing grounds for future and bigger and better Gym Challenges.
   

 

X - Training at this moment in time is considered very hard at the top level - probably too hard because often it is the victim of its own success. For instance the Club Xtreme challenge is competed by those guys that know a thing or two about X Training and get incredible times. What also happens is that the Xtreme Challenge is often attempted, then the good news hits them and they suddenly realise half way round the course it really does take a bit of training to do - you wouldn't do a Marathon without training for it would you ? And X Training is no different.

So to help XTraining evolve the " Du - a " Gym Challenge and " Tri - a" Gym Challenge have been introduced to act as catalysts for the sport and also create Charity Days for Gyms to take part in.

Four leading Gymathletes took part in this trial event at GYMXTC tm and here are a few pictures of that moment.
