Rochester Health Club

The Rochester Health Club in Kent is unique. Set in a quiet Business park on the outskirts of the M2 motorway , it provides all the luxurious high quality facilities you would expect from being the largest independent gym in Europe - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a fantastic gym.

The range of equipment on this two floored gym is awesome. On the lower level is predominately weights - and judging by some of the guys there - well used weights and of very high quality. You get to see looking down from the upper tier how bonding the gym is at the RHC - there are those that train by themselves - quietly focused and those that train together who are greeted in friendly handshakes as a natural form of respect. There are some big guys here and the weights section has just about every conceivable make and model to build good solid muscle.

The upper level is mainly cardio based and shares with the lower level a high quality state of the art air conditioning facility. Cool breeze that is not too cold, but refreshing when you train, is a welcome addition to those hard work outs.

A mixture of make and models of all types of equipment is here, Precor, Technogym, Life Fitness , Matrix the list goes on , choice is king and there is plenty of it in a well balanced, spacious and well designed floor plan.

But what makes The Rochester Health Club more unique then most is Terry Moore, the manager . He is an outstanding role model for the Industry of Health and Fitness and a welcome addition to worldgymchallenge.com. Passionate about getting his members fitter and welcoming WGC into his gym to help aid this. Terry and his complete range of staff of Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors are definitely a cut above the norm.

The Rochester Health Club is a unique club and offers a variety of so many aspects of fitness to those that are thinking about getting fit or buiding muscle. It is hard to think of a better well equipped gym.
