| How long have you been X-Training?

Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
X-training is so special because it demands the total application of all elements of fitness, the fact that participants compete head on is so exciting because you never know who is going to fade or shine throughout the course

Do you teach X-Training to your clients?
I always encourage them to give it a try, and 99.9% of them love it. X-training provides such a great base to measure fitness gains over time and is the perfect workout for those with less time
What are their views on X-Training?
Clients seem to love the fact that they can get a full-body workout in 20 minutes, and they seem to find it a great motivator, the competitive edge of constantly trying to improve their times!
Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
Nik Kandola has performed amazing at every event i've seen so far, its incredible to think how many times he went through the octathalon (team and individual) course last summer and was only seconds of winning the individual event and won the team!

Anything, and lots of it

To beat all the top guys as soon as possible
