Just how good are you ?

For the first time ever a comprehensive database is availaliable to catergorise your gym fitness levels. It has been proven to be the most consistent reflection of all the Gym Based Sports with the leaders grouped by only seconds in differences.

So this is your time to get your name on the 'Ultimate Gym Challenge Leader Board' and show the gym that you train at that all of your training has really paid off.

Did your personal trainer get results and train you for this event? If not, why not? This is a gym challenge! Ask your personal trainer if maybe he could? There is always time to be fitter then you ever dreamed of! And the results are amazing in just a few weeks.

Is it easy ? No ! In just 14 - 22 mins you will never have been challenged so much, but you will get fitter in half the time!

This is the 'Ultimate Gym Athlete' where you will rub shoulders with the fittest Gym Athletes in the country – those that have been  competing for years  and getting amazing results in fitness. And uniquely this year only one category, a chance to test yourself at the highest level of what the big guns can do.

Women , all you need to be able to do is submit a pre time of under 22 min’s and guys under 20 min’s and then after completion, you will realise just where the X comes into Xtra training, Xtra focus and Xtra motivation, this is your chance to shine and your chance to compete in the first ever 'Ultimate Gym Athlete Challenge'

What do you win?

There is no funding in the Ultimate Gym Challenge. This challenge is self financed only by those who take part– for them to take on a combination of the fittest 'Gym Athletes' from all over the country and this year to answer the question, who is the fittest, who wants it most and more importantly when you hit the treadmill who can dig deepest?

When you finish this race your name is exposed on the ‘UK Leader Board’ of the ‘Ultimate Gym Challenge 2009’ as one of the very few competitors who can push themselves both physically and mentally to a performance level that others will say they can do that – but they don’t. You have become more important in your gym, your self esteem, your confidence, your enthusiasm are all elevated to levels you never knew possible – You are Gym Athlete and no longer 'Gym User' You are the very best of the best and you will have ‘your time’ at the 'Ultimate Gym Challenge' on the 'WGC On Line Leader Board' for all to see.

If the above appeals to you, enter the best Gym Challenge of your entire life and see how to truly test yourself. You can compete against fellow gym member, friend or foe, training partner, or as a sporting challenge - football player vs rugby player to really add that extra challenge. But ...

... unless you are competing on a challenge that is set for free and of fair taste, favouring only those that love to physically push themselves, where the odds are stacked most on the person who can dig deepest, where only a true mind of conquering spirit endures...

... unless you meet your worse fears and challenge all that you know but are afraid to ask...

... unless you can take this challenge with good heart and noble deed.

If then and only then you can meet all the above, then my friend my friend join us , become ‘Gym Athlete’ and take that one step forward into another world, where in time you can say – today was my day and today I won, no matter what the result. For you have just taken part in the only physical test – that will produce 'The Ultimate Gym Athlete' whilst others only dreamed of it.

If you are brave enough and can dig deeper then you have ever have before then click here to enter this year's first ever....

'Ultimate Gym Athlete'...

... and the best of luck to you!
