This is the first year that the UK's Fittest Gym has been put to the test.

It's really always been a story of Kings , Queens and Pawns. You may have the fittest members, but the overall position will be determined by the events you host and the members who take part.

This is a trial year to see how the tables and scoring system worked out - it was designed to give the gyms that compete in X Training a place on the fitness map and although some gyms in these table may only have one point - they are still competing and this makes them better then any other gym, in Gym Based Sports.

There are still events to go, racing at the Orbital (The Ultimate Gym Athlete) gives double points.

Reaching the Fit Brit Final gives double points.

Points can still be earned., until the last event of the the year - The Hampshire on the 5th Dec

Good luck to all who are taking part this year, this was an initiative taken on board by the UK GCA to show just how good this sport is and versatile it can be with the points system.

Odds on fave at the moment?

Hampshire 1st

Gorton FF 2nd

Camberley FF3rd
