How long have you been X-Training?
18 months
Why do you find X-Training so exciting?
Gives focus to training, and combines strength with cardio vascular endurance. It is therefore one of the few tests of overall fitness encouraging a varied training regime.
Who has been your biggest influence in X-Training?
Was introduced to cross training by Cassius Frankson after competing against him in the 2008 Fitbrit competition.
How often do you train?
Once a day (apprx 90 mins) 6 days/week

What is your ambition in X-Training?
To be the best
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Vary your training between strength/ resistance work, aerobic work, and interval/latic training. Too much of one can result in your training becoming "stale".
