Gym Athlete Of The Year 2009
The person who has entered most events and achieved points during the whole year.
This award is a celebration of fitness. It reflects those that support the sport of X Training and their commitment to see the sport grow.
Points are awarded over a period of one year and by seeing the amount of events you have entered and the positions you have achieved reflects the results in this award.
Names in red reflect personal trainers and team captains for the year.
Earlier on in the year other Leader Boards were mentioned. These are all good initiatives - but the UKGCA will stick with it's own version of Gym Athlete Of The Year
Currently in the lead is Jamie Spencer from Brighton's Coral Health and Fitness Club ,who's commitment to the sport has been relentless, competing in Iceland and all of the UK events this year (including Superfit in Scotland which has not been allocated points as it is not in the WGC system). Jamie also devised his own X Training Challenge 'The Brighton Nut Cracker' which will return again early next year.
