Unless your gym is competing against another gym in a fitness gym challenge, you cannot call yourself the best or fittest club in the UK in a gym enviroment.
The League of Eagles represents those gyms that challenge other gyms in fitness gym challenges over a period of one year and are the best and fittest clubs in the UK .
Results are based on the fitness levels of members of gyms and their personal trainers who challenge other members to a fitness gym challenge
You will note that members of the Royal Marines take part - this is because they know what it takes to perform to the max in a gym environment.
That is why the UK Gym Challenge Association believes in results for gyms, should be based on results in fitness of all of their members and personal trainers - It does not believe the gym gains the title best in the UK, if their gym members are not achieving results in fitness.
There are over 5000 gyms in the UK - but a handful challenge one another to gym challenges.

It is free to join the site for any gym in the UK and only gyms that are serious about their members fitness need apply.
In 2009 there were only 10 clubs in the whole of the UK who are considered 'Eagles' They represent members who challenge other clubs in fitness challenges which are totally focused in a gym environment. They get results and can call themselves the fittest clubs in the UK.
If you think your gym is better then them you need only join the X Training scene in the UK and enter one of the many gym challenges that are happening up and down the country , or run a gym challenge at your own gym and see if you have what it takes for your club to earn the title Eagle .
