People have different strengths, which shows in the races, meaning the lead can keep changing until the end.

How often do you train?
4 to 5 times per week.
What is your favourite excercise?
Bench press.

What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to X-Training?
Not sure there are any secrets. You just need to work hard, especially at your weaker events.
