Pasta, bananas and porridge and honey for breakfast.
What is your ambition in X Training?
To make the Octathalon an Olympic sport.
What exercise secret would you give a newcomer to cross training?
Get by far and away the best heart rate monitor, the Suunto T6, and measure everything you do. |
