| I met Gary recently at the Inronman event in Manchester. As with all X Trainers a friendly and highly motivated indidvidual. We actually raced each other at that event. A great race, which was neck and neck most of the way (good X Training races are) but Gary got the extra edge on me, no doubt by his influence in training (Gary Nicholas of Calso Gym) played a key role in getting him ready and in his end result meant he won. Well done and hopefully another time it may be a little different for me! |

I am only just starting out. I have never tried to get fit before so the idea of seeing how far I can take it is what motivates me, plus at my age its good to something that feels so healthy, especially when you have a young family.
