Introduction by WGC

Dave runs the very successful Boxfit Outfit in Luton. His X Training competitions are always regarded as one of the best run events of the year. The judges are vigorously trained under the watchful eye of Dave, which in turn always means that the competitors have competition that is fair and just. More then anything – this is what a X Trainer wants.

Dave is one of the rare breed of Personal Trainers that you want to work for. If you train with Dave and do not give 100% he will spot this – and very skillfully, through  determined, persistent and encouraging words get the most from you.

The Boxfit crew recently entered the Guinness Book of world records for 24 hours run on the treadmill. The last 5 km ran at over 20kph

.

If you doubt my words – reflect on this amazing achievement and realise very quickly that Dave is a unique person who will always get the most out of you.
